As part of our 2025 growth plans, we are investing significantly in our technology and digital marketing channels. This role will be pivotal in defining and delivering these initiatives.

The Role

As Marketing Manager, you will take ownership of Health Travel’s marketing efforts, driving both creative and strategic initiatives to support our ambitious growth plans. This role offers a balance of autonomy and collaboration, requiring a mix of creativity, technical expertise, and commercial acumen. You will play a key role in optimizing our digital presence, building brand awareness, and driving conversions, making a significant impact on the success of our business and brand. As an entrepreneurially minded company our ambition is for this role to grow and expand its responsibilities as it grows the business.

The Duties

  • Lead the marketing strategy for Health Travel’s e-commerce platform, with a focus on traffic growth, lead generation, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Collaborate with the web development team to optimize website performance, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.
  • Use data and analytics to identify opportunities for improving site engagement, usability, and sales performance.
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, retargeting, email marketing, and social media ads, to drive qualified traffic to the website.
  • Define the future strategy for our Health Travel Magazine brand and campaigns, developing our emerging niche media brand, which both supports our Health Travel agency and stands on its own two feet as a proposition
  • Monitor campaign performance, reporting on ROI and adjusting strategies to maximize results.
  • Oversee the production of luxury-focused content that engages and inspires, including blogs, videos, email newsletters, and social media posts.
  • Develop and implement social media strategies to build engaged communities on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • Utilize tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and e-commerce dashboards to track performance and provide actionable insights.
  • Build relationships with luxury travel partners, wellness retreats, and suppliers to enhance content and create joint marketing initiatives.
  • Lead the expansion of our retreat product offering, from identifying new properties to merchandising and marketing them on the web.
  • Plan integrated campaigns that leverage multiple channels, ensuring maximum impact and reach.
  • In time in line with business growth; hire and mentor junior marketing team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative marketing team.
  • Occasionally support with wider BPO Group marketing initiatives, with potential for the role to encompass other brands in the future.
  • 4-6 years of marketing experience, with a strong focus on digital and e-commerce within luxury, travel, or lifestyle sectors.
  • Proficient in digital tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Wordpress (or similar platforms), Meta Ads, TikTok, and email marketing software. Knowledge of CRO and UX best practices is essential.
  • Exceptional storytelling ability, with a strong sense of aesthetics suited to a luxury audience.
  • Strong ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • A proactive and entrepreneurial individual who’s eager to grow with the business and take ownership of projects.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work across teams and manage relationships with partners and stakeholders.
  • A genuine interest in luxury travel, wellness, and delivering exceptional digital experiences.
  • A comprehensive knowledge & understanding of best practise for different social media and acquisition channels and how to gain traction with audiences
  • Outstanding attention to detail, with an eye for luxury style and design
