• Set up and operate Kolbus case making machines to produce book cases according to specifications.
• Monitor production processes to ensure quality and efficiency throughout the manufacturing cycle.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines to ensure optimal operation.
• Inspect finished products for accuracy, quality, and adherence to specifications before packaging.
• Adjust machinery settings based on production requirements and materials used.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and production schedules.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety and company policies.

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in machine operation is a plus.
• Proven experience operating Kolbus case making machines or similar equipment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.

hour rate $25+ 2 weeks vacation in addition to 4 sickdays. Overtime available x1.5.
