About the Role:

In this role, you will be drive Causaly’s ongoing revenue success. You will play a crucial role in creating and capturing demand and pipeline within our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) through strategic and innovative marketing efforts. This role requires a data-driven, creative, and strategic marketing leader. The ideal candidate will be skilled in developing multi-channel marketing campaigns that deliver measurable results and identifying new opportunities to expand our global customer base.

 

What you will do:

  • Develop and manage our Demand Generation campaigns, using a wide range of channels and strategies (paid search, display advertising, social media, email marketing, webinars, lead forms, etc.)
  • Manage the demand generation budget and allocate resources to achieve short- and long-term goals, optimizing for sustainable growth and ROI
  • Utilize and optimize Hubspot to accurately report on campaign and channel performance
  • Kickstart our ABM strategy - utilize your expertise to plan and execute targeted Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
  • Lead marketing technology adoption that will enable the team to meet its goals
  • Work closely with product, sales, and design teams to optimise marketing campaigns and initiatives
  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify new opportunities for growth and optimisation

What is needed to succeed:

  • 5+ years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing or digital marketing in B2B SaaS
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing growth marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Experience building and executing ABM campaigns.
  • Experience executing demand generation campaigns, generating high-quality leads, nurturing prospects, and collaborating with sales to drive conversions.
  • Hands-on experience with digital marketing platforms, including CRM and analytics software, to effectively manage and track marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • A creative thinker with a passion for innovation and driving results.
