The Company's Total Rewards package is at or above industry levels. The expected base salary range for this position is between 160,000.00 USD - 168,000.00 USD. Job related skills, experience, education, and location will be considered in setting actual starting base salary. In addition to your base salary and depending on job level, eligibility, and performance, a total package may include profit sharing, a short-term incentive and/or long-term incentives. ABOUT THE ROLE

The Manager, eCommerce Marketing Accelerator, is responsible for the strategy, planning, and execution of all Amazon retail media for SC Johnson’s North America Consumer Brands, including Glade, Ziploc, Scrubbing Bubbles, Drano, Windex, Shout, and Pledge. In this role, you will build media plans to grow sales and market share by effectively building awareness and driving conversion with Amazon shoppers. You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Brand and Omni-Marketing, Category Management, our agency of record, and the Amazon Ads team to develop and execute best-in-class marketing plans and programs for this strategic account. You will report to the Director, eCommerce Marketing.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement media strategies to drive traffic, conversion, and sales on Amazon.
  • Manage and optimize Amazon advertising campaigns, including Sponsored Ads and digital display media.
  • Analyze performance metrics and generate actionable insights to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.
  • Create and execute media plans rooted in consumer, shopper, and channel insights, aligned with SCJ brand/category business goals and marketing objectives.
  • Develop and implement an annual learning and measurement agenda to generate insights for improving strategy and execution
  • Build a deep understanding of retailer digital marketing capabilities and fulfillment platforms.
  • Leverage new technologies and capabilities to drive shopper engagement across the path to purchase. Stay current with Amazon's policies, algorithm updates, and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with Brand, Omni-marketing, and sales teams to drive key business priorities and achieve growth.
  • Lead media and creative brief development for omnichannel activations. Clearly articulate communication and targeting objectives to inform and direct agency work.
  • Manage media budgets and ensure programs are executed on time and within budget.
  • Manage agency relationships to ensure program execution and achieve performance standards.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of relevant marketing experience.
  • Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS

  • Proven experience in Amazon e-commerce media management and advertising.
  • Proficiency in Amazon Advertising tools and analytics.
  • Strong strategic planning capabilities to build effective media plans.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
  • Learning agility and adaptability to stay current with Amazon’s evolving capabilities.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Budget management and planning experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Remote work is available once a week for eligible employees.
  • This role is eligible for domestic relocation.
