About the Opportunity
As we aim to triple our customer acquisition in 2025, we're seeking a talented and driven Growth Marketing Manager to execute our marketing programs. In this role, you will support the implementation of our growth strategy by managing key digital channels, analyzing campaign performance, and providing insights to optimize our promotional efforts. You'll work closely with our Chief Strategy Officer and cross-functional teams to extract data-driven insights, create effective creative briefs, and contribute to decision-making processes. What we’re looking for in this role
Execution Excellence & Analytical Acumen
- Experience driving digital marketing campaigns and extracting actionable insights from performance data to drive optimization decisions.
- Ability to compile and analyze channel-level performance data to support budget evaluations and strategic planning.

- Skill in developing creative briefs and identifying trends to support the development of effective marketing assets.
- Ability to communicate findings clearly to stakeholders across the organization.

Your day-to-day
Campaign Execution & Analysis
- Own weekly performance reporting, highlighting key trends,performance metrics, and improvement opportunities
- Own management of the promotional calendar, including campaign implementation and performance tracking
- Analyze creative performance to identify trends and opportunities for optimization
Data Management & Insights
- Leverage data to evaluate budget efficiency and ROI across channels
- Support demand planning efforts by compiling relevant performance metrics
- Analyze customer journey data to extract insights for improving conversion rates
Cross-functional Support
- Work with our marketing leadership to implement creative strategies
- Support email marketing flows by extracting pertinent information to drive decision-making
- Assist the Chief Strategy Officer with analytics and reporting needs
What You Bring
Must-Haves
- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing roles, preferably in a direct-to-consumer (D2C) setting
- Strong analytical skills with experience in marketing metrics, measurement, and data analysis
- Experience pulling and organizing data from multiple marketing platforms
- Ability to translate data into actionable insights and clear recommendations
- NYC-based
Should-Haves
- Experience with major digital marketing channels (Meta, Google)
- Familiarity with creative brief development, creative feedback, and creative analysis
- Background working in collaborative, cross-functional teams
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience in the healthcare industry
- Experience with email marketing optimization
Compensation
- The base salary range for this position is $95,000 - $120,000 annually.
- 15% discretionary bonus tied to base salary

- We have a market-based compensation structure. The salary for this position may vary based on a candidate's experience, industry expertise, technical skills, and location.
