We are seeking a motivated and organized Marketing Assistant to support our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in the development, execution, and optimization of marketing strategies and campaigns. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the creation, implementation, and tracking of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, and digital ads.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities for growth.
  • Help manage and update content on the company’s website and social media platforms.
  • Support the development of marketing materials such as brochures, newsletters, and presentations.
  • Coordinate marketing events, webinars, or promotions to ensure successful execution.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, preparing reports and recommendations for improvements.
  • Help maintain the marketing budget and ensure that marketing activities stay within budget.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, design, and product development.
  • Assist in managing relationships with vendors and agencies.

Qualifications

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic knowledge of design software (e.g., Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus).
