At Silent Eight, we develop our own AI-based products to combat financial crimes that enable things like money laundering, the financing of terrorism, and systemic corruption. We’re a leading RegTech firm working with large international financial institutions such as Standard Chartered Bank and HSBC. Join us and help make the world a safer place!

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Automation Specialist to manage and optimize our HubSpot campaigns, execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies, and effectively handle our social media channels. In this role, you’ll work closely with our sales and marketing teams to create high-performing campaigns that generate leads, engage key accounts, and drive growth in the FinTech/RegTech space. Experience with AML or financial crime industries is a bonus, but not essential.
This is a remote position with flexibility to work across time zones and occasional travel for industry events or client engagements.

Responsibilities

  • HubSpot Campaign Management:
    • Own the end-to-end execution of HubSpot marketing automation campaigns, including lead generation, email marketing, workflows, lead nurturing, and reporting.
    • Create and optimize targeted, data-driven campaigns using HubSpot’s features (e.g., email automation, landing pages, forms, and reporting) to drive leads and revenue.
    • Collaborate with the content and design teams to develop effective email templates, landing pages, and lead capture forms that align with our messaging and branding.
    • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using HubSpot analytics to measure KPIs (open rates, conversion rates, etc.) and continuously improve campaign performance.
  • Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Campaigns:
    • Design and execute highly-targeted ABM campaigns, focusing on high-value accounts and key decision-makers in financial services, fintech, and FinTech/RegTech sectors.
    • Identify key accounts and segments to target with personalized messaging, content, and outreach strategies across multiple channels (email, LinkedIn, ads).
    • Work closely with the sales team to align ABM campaigns with account priorities and ensure seamless handoff of leads and opportunities.
    • Use HubSpot and other marketing tools to track engagement with key accounts, measure success, and refine ABM strategies.
  • Social Media Management:
    • Lead the strategy and execution of social media campaigns across platforms (LinkedIn, X, YouTube, etc.) to increase brand visibility and engagement with target audiences.
    • Develop and curate content for social media that resonates with our audience, including financial professionals, compliance officers, and industry leaders.
    • Monitor and respond to social media interactions, ensuring timely engagement and maintaining a consistent brand voice.
    • Track and report on social media performance using analytics tools, adjusting strategies to maximize engagement and lead generation.
  • Lead Nurturing & Conversion:
    • Develop lead nurturing strategies that drive engagement and conversions at each stage of the buyer’s journey, particularly in FinTech/RegTech and financial crime prevention sectors.
    • Use HubSpot’s automation and workflows to build personalized journeys for different buyer personas, ensuring content and messaging are tailored to each stage.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
    • Work closely with content, design, and partnership teams to ensure consistent messaging, effective lead nurturing, and alignment with business goals.
    • Collaborate closely with the design team to create visually engaging and on-brand campaign assets, including email templates, landing pages, social media visuals, and other digital content, ensuring a seamless and consistent user experience across all touchpoints.
    • Regularly report on campaign results, ABM performance, and social media metrics to senior leadership and the marketing team.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Strong working knowledge of HubSpot Marketing Hub, including email marketing, workflows, lead nurturing, and reporting.
  • Proven experience in planning and executing Account-Based Marketing tactics, with a focus on high-value accounts and personalised outreach.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with creative teams to develop effective campaigns and assets.
  • Comfortable with CRM platforms (HubSpot), marketing automation tools, analytics tools, and social media management platforms.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously.
  • Ability to track and measure the performance of HubSpot campaigns, ABM initiatives, and social media efforts, and to use data to optimize results.

  • Experience managing and growing social media channels, particularly LinkedIn and X, and using social media to engage and nurture leads.
