We are is seeking a detail-oriented and creative Marketing Communications Assistant to support our marketing and communication initiatives. This role involves assisting with content creation, brand messaging, internal and external communications, and marketing campaign execution. The ideal candidate is highly organized, possesses strong writing skills, and is eager to contribute to a dynamic team. 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and implementing marketing communication strategies.
  • Draft, edit, and proofread marketing materials such as brochures, newsletters, and press releases.
  • Coordinate internal and external communications, ensuring brand consistency.
  • Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional events.
  • Conduct research to identify industry trends and competitive insights.
  • Maintain and organize marketing collateral, ensuring all materials are up-to-date.
  • Collaborate with different departments to streamline communication efforts..

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Previous experience in marketing, communications, or administrative support is a plus.
