Think Tell Junction We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Marketing Communications Assistant to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting our marketing initiatives and communication strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in the development and execution of various marketing materials and campaigns, ensuring that our messaging aligns with our brand identity and resonates with our target audience .  

Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing marketing communication materials including brochures, presentations, and newsletters.
• Support the execution of marketing campaigns across various channels such as email, social media, and events.
• Monitor and manage social media accounts, creating engaging content that aligns with brand objectives.
• Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.
• Help maintain the marketing calendar and track campaign performance metrics to assess effectiveness.
• Assist in organizing and coordinating promotional events and trade shows, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
• Basic graphic design skills and experience with design software are a plus.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects.
