DescriptionProvide marketing support to position Control Risksβ products and partnerships and consulting work globally and in the Americas specifically, in close cooperation with the GB&P Marketing Director and the Americas Marketing Director.
The successful candidate will support the execution of go-to-market activity. This role will involve organizing and supporting both virtual and in-person events, coordination with local associations of which Control Risks is a member, overseeing partnerships and serving as a key point of contact to facilitate communication and partnership efforts, supporting the creation of marketing collateral (including emails, newsletters, articles, podcasts, videos, social media assets, biographies, brochures), managing purchase orders and budget tracking, and liaising with suppliers, such as agencies, printers, writers, and designers, to support various projects as needed.
RequirementsWhat You'll Do:
- Manage campaigns and stakeholders, ensuring timelines are tracked and strategic initiatives are delivered on schedule.
- Act as the day-to-day point of contact for partnerships with third-party partners and collaborators.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute in-person and virtual events, including venue selection, budget management, attendee lists, invitations, collateral creation, and post-event follow-up.
- Assist with the setup, design, and execution of email marketing campaigns, including managing distribution lists.
- Support the account management team by updating business development collateral, client biographies, and other key materials.
- Contribute to the social media strategy, manage the editorial calendar, and update social media accounts as needed.
- Coordinate requests and collaborate with the Global Marketing team (digital, content, creative, and video production) to develop and execute campaigns.
- Manage leads and contact lists within Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Assist with budget tracking and processing purchase orders.
- Draft and distribute regular updates for the Americas marketing newsletter.
- Liaise with external suppliers, including agencies, printers, writers, and designers.
- Support marketing team meetings by preparing presentation decks, compiling data reports, and other materials.
- Track, measure, and report on marketing KPIs to inform stakeholders.
Who You are:
- Previous B2B marketing experience, ideally within professional services.
- Experience in end-to-end campaign execution.
- Experience with digital marketing channels.
- Working knowledge of marketing software and CRM systems.
- Understanding or experience in the risk consultancy sector.
- Familiarity and interest in risk management.
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or comparable.
- Marketing copywriting and content editing skills.
- Excellent verbal and written English skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills, team player and resourceful.
- Good organizational skills, attention to detail and responsiveness.
- Able to project-manage across services and geographies.
- Takes the initiative to proactively resolve issues within own remit and recognize when they require escalation.
- Uses creativity to think outside the box and encourages others to do the same.
