Location:Chicago, IL  (On-site – Must work from the office)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday

Salary Range: $45,870 - $56,210 per year

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the development and execution of our marketing strategies. You will work closely with various departments to ensure that our marketing campaigns are well-coordinated and executed on time. Your creativity and organizational skills will be essential as you assist in planning events, managing social media accounts, and producing marketing materials that effectively communicate our brand’s message.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans and campaigns
• Coordinate the production of marketing materials including brochures, flyers, and presentations
• Manage social media accounts and engage with followers to enhance brand visibility
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
• Analyze marketing data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns
• Organize events and promotional activities to support marketing initiatives

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Proven experience in a marketing role or internship
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
