Role Summary:
Reporting to the VP of Digital Experience, the Digital Operations Manager will be a key leader in driving the success of Azek's digital ecosystem, with a primary focus on TimberTech.com, digital products, and email/CRM initiatives. Serving as both a project manager and an operations leader, this role will ensure the seamless execution of digital initiatives across the entire Digital Experience portfolio. This includes gathering and refining business requirements, aligning stakeholders, and managing digital experience workflow execution.
The role demands a commitment to continuous process optimization, proactive problem-solving, and delivering high-quality results.
This position can be based at AZEK’s corporate office in the Fulton Market District of Chicago, IL, with a hybrid work schedule.
Core Responsibilities:
Project Management:
· Lead end-to-end management of cross-functional digital initiatives, including TimberTech.com enhancements, email/CRM projects, and digital product development.
· Define project scopes, business requirements, and objectives in collaboration with stakeholders.
· Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
· Partner with UX, IT, and other digital leadership teams to define, prioritize, and execute digital initiatives.
· Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders across the enterprise, including engineering, brand, other platforms, and business unit partners, to ensure alignment and shared ownership of initiatives.
· Identify dependencies within the digital team and across the enterprise to inform roadmaps and project plans.
Stakeholder Alignment and Communication:
· Organize and lead stakeholder meetings to gather input, align priorities, and track progress.
· Ensure stakeholders are engaged, informed of program progress and status, and secure necessary approvals to move initiatives forward.
· Demonstrate the value and necessity of linking tactical plans to the overall strategic plan, driving clarity and alignment at all levels.
Digital Process Optimization:
· Continuously evaluate and improve workflows, tools, and processes to streamline execution and maximize efficiency.
· Implement best practices for sprint execution, production releases, and quality assurance.
Digital Product Execution:
· Oversee sprint planning and execution for TimberTech.com and other digital products, ensuring timely delivery of enhancements and new features.
· Collaborate with UX, stakeholders, and design teams to ensure all digital initiatives meet user experience standards.
· Partner with teams to optimize email and CRM workflows, ensuring alignment with broader digital goals.
Position Requirements:
Project Management Expertise:
· 3 - 5 years of experience managing cross-functional digital project management.
· Proficiency with tools like Jira, Asana, or Trello.
· Must have a deep sense of personal accountability
· Be able to drive alignment and work cross functionally in a collaborative way
Digital Experience and UX Knowledge:
· Familiarity with website management, UX design, digital marketing (email/CRM), and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
· Knowledge of CMS platforms and front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
· Familiarity with Web and mobile Web technology platforms; CMS, Analytics, CDP, Personalization, Personas, A/B testing, journey mapping, Front-End frameworks, etc.
Strategic and Analytical Thinking:
· Proven ability to link tactical plans to broader business strategies.
· Experience using data to measure project performance and drive improvements.
· Must be able to identify and collaboratively solve problems while improving and optimizing operational processes.
· Must be able to think expansively and demonstrate curiosity towards continuous improvements.
· Proactively develop your own skill set through industry-based learning opportunities.
Adaptability and Organizational Skills:
· Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage competing priorities.

· Ability to utilize framework thinking and apply to improving the digital experience management planning and execution processes.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several geographic markets. The annual salary for this position ranges from $110,000 in our lowest market up to $137,200 in our highest market, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. The pay for roles at AZEK varies depending on a wide range of factors including but not limited to the specific work location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
