Description

As a Marketing Executive, you’ll play a key role in executing marketing initiatives, managing digital content, and supporting both internal and external brand communications. You’ll work across multiple areas, from digital platforms to community events, ensuring a seamless and exciting experience for our Rebels.

Salary: from £30k (dependent on experience).

Interview process: first round with Marketing Director and Marketing Manager (can be in person or on Zoom), second round with CEO and wider marketing team (in person).

Location: this role will be based in the Head Office in Oxford Circus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage community management on Instagram and TikTok, responding to queries, engaging with members, and supporting local activations.
  • Create and schedule Instagram Stories, maintaining an active and engaging social presence.
  • Design and manage email campaigns, ensuring high-quality, brand-consistent communications.
  • Manage in-club screen content, ensuring promotions, schedules, and brand messaging are up to date.
  • Support on marketing shoots, assisting with logistics, coordination, and content creation.
  • Capture and update trainer headshots for the website and upload and manage their online profiles.
  • Create basic design assets for wider marketing initiatives. 
  • Support on event logistics, coordinating marketing materials, schedules, and venue requirements.
  • Oversee the Rebel Perks programme, maintaining relationships with partners and ensuring members receive top-tier benefits.
  • Manage updates across the website and app, ensuring all content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Be the go-to person for Mariana Tek related issues (our gym management software) and handle queries from General Managers and Front of House teams.


Requirements

  • At least 1+ years marketing experience.
  • Confident with content creation.
  • Passionate about marketing with a willingness to learn and get stuck in.
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects at once.
  • A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
  • Basic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, or similar) are a plus but not essential.
