Marketing Executive (Retail Industry) – 12 month Fixed Term Contract
A leading provider of retail lottery and gaming products requires a Marketing Executive for a period of 12 months to cover maternity leave. Reporting into the Senior Marketing Manager, the Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning and implementing promotional campaigns across business, working closely with the Retail team to ensure promotions and campaigns target the desired audience.
Main Duties:
·Work alongside Management to deliver marketing and promotional plans.
·Work closely with Designer to oversee the production and delivery of various marketing and advertising materials across print and digital.
·Liaise with the Compliance Manager to ensure marketing material meets regulatory compliance.
·Assisting with briefing and sign off trade POS and promotions.
·Managing the “Good Cause” PR plan.
·Managing the “Winners” PR Plan
·Assist with the management of top prize winners.
·Working alongside the PR company to ensure a constant flow of press releases and coverage.
·Working closely with Media for Equity clients and Reach Plc on advertising campaigns from concept through to production.
·Ad hoc projects, as and when required.
Experience required:
You will ideally have a wide range of marketing experiences to draw upon and be comfortable working in a small marketing team or as the sole marketing executive where you have proven abilities to work autonomously and managed your time effectively.
Ideally you will have gained experience of creating and executing marketing plans which have covered both print and digital and worked with both in house and 3rd party resources in the design and release of campaigns and PR press releases.
This is a really good opportunity to work on a 12 month FTC for a company who are recognised for the good causes they support and the positive impact on the lives these good causes support.
Start date in December is preferred, although they can be flexible to suit notice periods etc.
