GroundTruth is a media platform that drives in-store visits and other real business results. Using observed real-world consumer behavior, including location and purchase data, we create targeted advertising campaigns across all screens for advertisers. A bit about you
The marketing department is looking to add an intern to the team to assist with managing and executing B2B, digital ad campaigns. In this role, the intern will have the opportunity to work cross-functionally with the sales and creative teams to contribute to the overall success of GroundTruth’s marketing efforts.
This role will report to the Director of Advertising and External Communication.
You will:
- Manage the setup, execution, and optimization of digital ad campaigns
- Coordinate key account lists with sales to ensure appropriate media targeting
- Coordinate assets with creative team
- Participate in regular team meetings
- Take part in 1:1 weekly mentor meetings
- Gain visibility into the inner workings of marketing as well as other departments such as product, creative, and sales
- Learn about each of the different marketing functions within GroundTruth

- Some work experience or are currently working towards a relevant degree including Marketing, Communications, Business, etc.
- Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Sprout Social, Asana, Google Slides, Google Docs, and Slack
- A willingness to invest time into building marketing related skill sets and learning about marketing planning, execution, and data analysis for marketing purposes
- The ability to conduct research and record findings
- Interest in writing and design preferred

About the program:
Compensation
This internship offers a competitive hourly rate of $25 per hour. Interns will work between 30-40 hours per week for a duration of 25 weeks.
Onboarding
The program begins with a two day immersive orientation, where you will participate in engaging leadership sessions, connect with employees and other interns, and develop an understanding of our company and industry.
Ongoing Support
Our buddy program: You will be paired with a buddy from outside of your team to support your growth and help you foster connections within GroundTruth.
Ongoing learning & development: You will attend ongoing career development workshops with our Growth & Development team throughout your time with us.
