Responsibilities:
Identify potential customers for every product and design testing plan to launch new product in different regions and drive the P&L and product revenue forecast, and monitor and forecast marketing and sales trends
Perform marketplace SWOT and competitor analysis, and design and create prototype analytical and reporting tools using Excel, SQL, and Python for company growth
Build up user acquisition strategy and improve performance across all current and new channels, and create insightful dashboards, visualizations, and reports using Google Analytics, Looker, and other tools to help inform the team and present to the management
Develop local market and multi-channel attribution strategies for major geos and regions while analyzing channel incrementality and creating long-term and short-term scenarios and projections that clearly articulate to key stakeholders across the company
Define and set KPI goals for each product, bringing leading analysis and insight to acquisition funnel measurement and performance; test and implement new marketing ideas to increase the customer satisfaction rate and cLTV (customer lifetime value) and provide insightful analysis feedback to the product team to improve product quality
Manage or mentor the junior team members in the team and manage the relationship of data providers and vendors
Requirements:
Masterβs degree in Market Research, Integrated Marketing, or Business Administration
