We are an active acquirer of DFMs and IFA’s in the UK, following an aggressive growth trajectory, having trebled in size from the initial acquisition of “GPP” under two years ago. Our strategy sees strong organic growth within the near term coupled with significantly larger acquisitions. We currently manage ten entities attracting taxation, mostly UK-orientated with exposure to Jersey and South Africa.

This is a 12month Maternity Cover based in London.

We are seeking a Marketing Manager to take ownership of the asset management arm of Titan Group – Titan Asset Management, Titan Investment Solutions, Titan Private Wealth, Square Mile and other asset management acquisitions. This is a hands-on role reporting into the Head of Marketing to create, develop and execute our GTM strategy for the business. Operating out of our London office on a hybrid working arrangement.

Job Responsibilities

    • Create, develop and roll out marketing campaigns and communications to drive further growth.
    • Liaise with key business unit stakeholders to create and implement marketing plans covering PR, website, social media, events/exhibitions/awards, on and offline communications, collateral.
    • Identify ad-hoc marketing opportunities.
    • Provide appropriate support to sales teams supporting the business units.
    • Work closely with and support the Head of Marketing.
    • Manage and develop the Marketing Executive.
    • Ensure, where appropriate that targets are set for all activity and results are reported in a timely fashion.
    • Be aware of industry trends.
    • Managing appropriate agency relationships and briefing agencies.
    • Work cross functionally with our wider Sales and Compliance teams.
    • Carry out any other duties as may reasonably be required.
    • Adhere to consumer duty.

Job Requirements

    • Experience of marketing to IFA and or DFMs.
    • B2B financial services marketing experience is required.
    • Experience in leading a small hands-on team is desirable.
    • Previous budget management responsibilities is desirable.
    • Business marketing degree or equivalent is desirable.
    • Understanding of strategic marketing & planning to include: developing campaigns/communications, supporting teams to develop targeted and accountable marketing plans, production of high-quality marketing collateral.
    • Excellent presentation and communication skills both written and verbal including copywriting and editing.
