Objectives of this Role:

  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans along with the Head of Marketing in alignment with the company's overall business goals and objectives.
  • Generate revenue through Marketing campaigns and projects with Brand Partners and build a consistent revenue stream for the Marketing department. 
  • Identify target markets and customer segments, conduct market research, and analyze customer insights to ensure the development of targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Manage the marketing budget for EU effectively by allocating resources to different channels and campaigns for maximum impact and ROI.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and operations, to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts.
  • Oversee the conception and production of marketing materials such as magazine, videos, and online content that effectively communicate our product offerings and brand value propositions.
  • Drive the development and execution of digital marketing strategies, including website optimization, SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and online advertising.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to leverage their expertise in achieving marketing objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, including customer acquisition cost, conversion rates, and ROI, to constantly improve campaigns and drive business growth.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
  • Conduct market and competitive research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and potential business partnerships.
