We’re growing fast and as a result we’re looking for a experienced Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Marketing Manager at Gravity Global, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing innovative marketing strategies that showcase our unique services and drive growth. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns that promote our services and client projects.
  • Proactively market our agency’s services to help raise our profile and generate enquiries.
  • Work alongside our business development and data & analytics teams to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including content, collateral, and digital assets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and impactful marketing efforts.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Manage the marketing budget and ensure cost-effective initiatives.
  • Prepare and submit award entries to showcase our agency's achievements.
  • Manage our outbound activity including email campaigns, socials and more. 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing management, preferably within an agency setting.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, content marketing, and social media.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Creative mindset with a strategic approach to problem-solving.
