Role Summary
This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and collaborative marketing professional to own Alto's lead generation strategy. As the Marketing Manager, Audience Acquisition, you will focus on attracting and converting estate agents across the UK from SMEs to top chains.
You'll work closely with sales, product specialists, and the wider marketing team to develop go-to-market strategies aligned with a defined product roadmap. Combining your expertise in digital marketing, campaign management, and sales enablement, you will be critical in driving leads, engaging prospects, and supporting revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation Strategy: Develop and execute a robust, multi-channel lead generation strategy to attract estate agents to Alto.
- Campaign Management: Oversee digital campaigns across paid search, social media (LinkedIn, Meta), email marketing (Pardot), and organic channels.
- Performance Optimisation: Monitor and optimise campaigns to achieve KPIs, including MQLs, SQLs, and CPL targets.
- Sales Enablement: Partner with sales teams to develop content and tools that align with their goals and enhance lead conversion.
- Product Alignment: Collaborate with product specialists to build GTM strategies tailored to audience needs, ensuring alignment with the product roadmap.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and marketing, to ensure consistent messaging and campaign success.
- Market Insights: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and estate agents' needs to inform marketing strategies.
Essential Skills
- Proven experience in B2B digital marketing, with a strong focus on lead generation and campaign management.
- Hands-on expertise in platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta Ads, Salesforce, and Pardot.
- Demonstrated ability to analyse campaign data and use insights to optimise performance.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working closely with sales teams.
- A can-do attitude, ready to take ownership and deliver in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the tech/saas industry or working is a bonus.
- Exposure to or experience with ABM strategies is advantageous.
- Previous experience working in or with a digital agency.
