  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Able to work flexible schedules including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
  • 3+ years of guest service experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Proven ability to resolving customer service issues or vendor service issues

 

It would be helpful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

  • 3+ years of Supervisory experience
  • Timeshare Sales or Marketing experience

As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for maximizing growth in key metrics of the In House and OPC channels through the development of new program and innovative training methods while streamlining effective tour booking processes during phone bookings and in person contact. 

You will also be focusing on creating a one-team concept where every team is interlocked with one vision and one overall goal.

  • Provide leadership, training and development to all IH and OPC Marketing Teams as related to all Marketing initiatives. Assist with writing, monitoring, and enforcement of proper scripting and communication both written and oral.
  • Provide ongoing trainings to communicate new member benefits, new properties and exciting upcoming changes within our program.
  • Develop and coordinate the execution of innovative marketing programs and services to ensure accurate information is provided
  • Handle customer questions, problems, complaints requiring management intervention.
  • Perform any reasonable request by management that supports the department's mission and goals.
