Brady Sullivan Properties is recruiting for a Marketing Manager. A high-energy individual with a positive attitude and a team-oriented work ethic. Responsibilities:
  • Assist in day-to-day management of all marketing related activities for Brady Sullivan
  • Design flyers, mailers, and advertisements 
  • Write all press releases for Brady Sullivan
  • Develop award submissions
  • Website Management
  • Develop, write and publish content on social media sites on a consistent/constant basis, including Instagram and Facebook.
  • Manage and respond to company reviews on various platforms
  • Plan and coordinate special events
  • Attend and manage project photo shoots
  • Perform support role in marketing and business development
  • Other related duties, as assigned
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related major
  • Minimum of 5 years of marketing
  • Ability to work independently
  • Exceptional organizational, multi-tasking and time management skills
  • Proven skills in writing professional materials
  • Proven skills in creative graphic design solutions
  • Intermediate level in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Adobe PDF required
  • Experience creating print ready products
  • Intermediate level in all MS Office products
