Job Description

Faviana and GenC are seeking a Marketing Manager with a strong digital marketing track record to oversee all marketing initiatives  The company has a strong B2B model and is now expanded into D2C with the launch of the new sister brand GenC.  The marketing manager would work with and report directly to the CEO.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all marketing initiatives from ideation to execution

  • Develop strategies to drive engagement

  • Creative asset curation

  • Social media marketing and lead generation campaigns

  • Influencer collaborations  

  • PR outreach to editors, influencers, and media outlets

  • Brand partnerships with key industry players

  • Measure and report KPI's of marketing campaigns

 

 

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience

  • Degree in Communications, Marketing or similar field preferred 

  • Project, team and leadership management experience

  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator).

  • Extensive Fashion, Media and Lifestyle relations

  • Ability to work in a fast paced entrepreneurial environment.

  • Ability to take responsibility for results
