The role

TOTEME is looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team full-time in New York. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing TOTEME’s marketing activities in North America. As the company’s local marketing lead, you will adapt and localize the global marketing strategy and initiatives while also driving market-specific strategies and projects. You will report to the Head of Marketing.

Responsibilities 

  • Act as the company’s local market expert, staying informed on market trends and providing insights to global teams.
  • Develop and manage the North America marketing calendar.
  • Lead the planning and execution of local marketing campaigns, events, and media buys.
  • Collaborate with local teams, agencies, and partners to conceptualize and execute end-to-end marketing events and activations.
  • Develop tailored marketing plans for each store in the US.
  • Collaborate with Retail and CRM teams to plan and execute on-brand, value-driven events, including customer acquisition initiatives aimed at growing store-specific customer bases.
  • Establish and maintain strategic partnerships and connections within local communities.
  • Oversee the creative development and production of local marketing materials, such as event invitations and media art works.
  • Support the Community & Commercial team in localizing newsletters, paid social campaigns, and wholesale marketing plans.
  • Track, evaluate, and report on the performance of local content and initiatives to optimize future strategies.
  • Participate in and contribute to TOTEME’s social and environmental sustainability strategy.

Your Profile

  • Extensive experience managing marketing activities in North America, ideally in the luxury fashion industry.
  • Deep understanding of the fashion and luxury market, as well as the retail landscape in North America.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute market-specific strategies while ensuring alignment with global brand objectives.
  • Strong expertise in event planning, media buying, and partnership development.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive impactful marketing initiatives.
  • Ability to interpret market trends and campaign performance, using data-driven insights to optimize marketing efforts.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.

This is a full-time position based at TOTEME's New York office, starting in May.

The yearly salary for this role ranges between $100,000 - $120,000 and will be set according to the applicant’s profile, skills and previous experience. 

TOTEME has teams in Stockholm, London, and New York, as well as retail spaces across Europe, North America, and Asia.
