ABOUT THE ROLE  

As we continue to expand our presence in the global market, we are looking for a results-driven and innovative Marketing Manager to join our growing team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and execute impactful marketing initiatives that drive customer engagement, strengthen brand loyalty, and contribute to our overall growth strategy.

As a key player in our marketing team, you will be responsible for overseeing the marketing calendar, managing cross-functional projects, and supporting the development and implementation of organic marketing campaigns. You’ll collaborate closely with stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment, track performance metrics, and uncover opportunities to optimize marketing efforts. We’re seeking a strategic thinker with a passion for data-driven decision-making, exceptional project management skills, and a commitment to enhancing the customer experience.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Marketing Project Management: Use Asana to manage projects, track milestones, timelines, deliverables, and potential risks. Develop and maintain detailed project schedules for campaign planning, execution, and delivery.
  • Campaign Coordination: Collaborate with the team to create and manage the marketing campaign calendar, including Email, Social Media, and SMS campaigns, ensuring alignment with business goals and brand guidelines. .
  • Competitive Research: Conduct thorough competitive analysis to uncover market trends, opportunities for growth, and innovative testing methods to enhance our marketing efforts.
  • Performance Monitoring: Report on and monitor KPIs for Email, SMS, Direct Mail and social media campaigns, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to optimize performance.
  • Customer Retention and Experience: Collaborate with customer experience and product teams to implement marketing strategies that drive customer loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various teams (e.g., creative, digital, social, and e-commerce) to streamline content production and ensure cohesive brand messaging across all channels.
  • Cross Team Resource Allocation and Management: Work closely with the paid, brand, organic and other teams to utilize written and graphic content assets.
  • Brand Compliance: Ensure that all marketing materials are aligned with brand standards and maintain consistency across campaigns and touchpoints.


Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing project and campaign management.
  • Understanding of digital marketing, including email, SMS, social media, and e-commerce strategies.
  • Proven ability to track and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools.
  • Passionate about branding, storytelling, and delivering top-tier digital experiences.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
  • Proficiency in e-commerce, marketing automation tools and/or CRM systems.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Asana.
  • Experience in CPG or health and wellness industries preferred. 
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.


Benefits

Primal Harvest offers a comprehensive benefit package. The annual base salary range for this position is $65,000-80,000/year. The actual annual base salary offered may be adjusted based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to: location, education, skills, training, and experience. This position may also be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
