You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and data science, to ensure effective marketing campaigns and initiatives. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Luminary Group's Real World Evidence solutions and drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Create and execute targeted marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, email marketing, social media, events, and content marketing.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales enablement materials, including presentations, case studies, and product documentation.
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and differentiate Luminary Group's offerings.
- Manage the overall marketing budget and ensure effective allocation of resources.
- Track and measure the performance of marketing campaigns using relevant analytics tools and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in healthcare marketing to drive innovation and creativity.
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure successful delivery of marketing projects and campaigns.
Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master's degree is preferred.
- Proven work experience as a Marketing Manager or a similar role in the healthcare or life sciences industry.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies to drive business growth.
- In-depth knowledge of healthcare marketing and understanding of Real World Evidence concepts and solutions.
