OVERVIEW: The Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance The House of Creed's brand presence and drive fragrance market share growth with a consumer-centric approach. The ideal candidate will have experience in luxury brand marketing, a strong understanding of both digital and traditional marketing channels, and the ability to leverage insights from reporting to fuel brand development. This role requires close collaboration with The House of Creed global team, as well as the creative, sales, and digital teams to ensure cohesive and innovative marketing campaigns across all touchpoints. This is a high visibility position given the strategic importance of the category for the brand.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Design and implement integrated marketing strategies to support business objectives, including product launches, seasonal promotions, and brand awareness campaigns.
Manage the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, from concept development through to reporting
Create national marketing calendars in collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive sales while maintaining a strong brand image and fostering innovation.
Assist in the creation and distribution of seasonal marketing collateral and forecasts based on retail programming and sampling needs, ensuring alignment on trade area initiatives and broader marketing goals.
Work with creative teams to produce high-quality content and experiential marketing assets, including visual weeks, photography, video, and written materials.
Support any marketing-led external brand partnership opportunities.
Assist in the development of marketing materials and brand presentations.
Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and regularly present findings to management
Monitor market trends and campaign performance, while providing insights and recommendations.
Manage marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources and adherence to financial goals.
CORE REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing or relevant required
3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the luxury goods, fragrance, or beauty industries.
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
Innovative thinker and approach to business
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and marketing analytics tools.
Strong interpersonal skills and communication both verbal and written
Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess campaign performance and optimize strategies.
