Job Description

A Fortune 100 company is seeking multiple Marketing Operations Analysts for 2025! The consultant will be responsible for successfully executing campaigns (from initial submission to final approval) for one or more channels in Card Services. The Marketing Operations Analyst will collaborate with Marketing Channel Analysts &Managers, Creative Governance, Brand Teams, Legal and Compliance to define campaigns. Analysts will then work with cross functional teams to build and launch campaigns into production. Analysts will have the opportunity to learn specialized skills including digital, phone, direct mail channel marketing, project management, and relationship management, as well as becoming expert on internal systems, tools and cross functional teams.

12 month contract with potential to extend or go direct based on performance and budget

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end to end “execution” of Marketing campaigns (from submission to final approval) in order to launch marketing campaigns with flawless accuracy and on time, and deliver against the Marketing and Financial goals
  • Partner closely with Marketing Channel Marketing Analysts and Managers to understand overall Marketing & Channel strategies and capabilities, and the strategic rationale and aspirations for specific Marketing campaigns
  • Understand and know how to apply client Marketing guidelines and standards
  • Understand and apply all feedback from Marketing campaign review partners (e.g., Legal, Compliance); partner with Marketing Channel Analysts & Managers and Execution subject matter experts to align and resolve feedback in order to launch compliant campaigns that deliver against strategic objectives
  • Take responsibility, in partnership with fellow Marketing Operations Analysts for acquiring and sharing best practices to make campaign “execution” (preparation, submission, and compliant delivery) more effective
  • Focus on learning and applying new relevant tools and processes as they are rolled out

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience within digital marketing at enterprise company and/or marketing/ad agency
  • Naturally detail oriented; a passion for delivering high quality, consistently
  • Skilled at (and enjoys!) project and process management
  • Ability to liaise with marketing, legal and compliance partners to ensure marketing campaigns meet legal and regulatory standards while delivering against business goals
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage flawlessly to timelines and milestones
  • Natural curiosity to seek out best practices and learn new approaches & tools to improve efficiency
  • Strong communication skills
  • Professional, polished, and patient under pressure
  • Experience working within highly regulated, compliance-oriented environments
  • Experience with Marketing / Agency partners
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Strong Microsoft Suite skills: Excel, Word, PowerPoint

Additional Information

This role is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.

The starting pay range for this role is $30 - $37 per hour. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent on several factors including but not limited to relevant experience, skills, certifications, training, and location. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range and determining factors for compensation are considered for each individual circumstance.
