We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Marketing Operations Manager to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in optimizing marketing processes, managing tech stack, and driving revenue and engagement through integrated digital marketing campaigns based on data and trends. This position requires a strong blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and creativity to ensure our marketing efforts are efficient, data-driven, and customer-focused. Proficiency in using HubSpot and Salesforce are essential for success in this role.

Your responsibilities will be:

    • Implementing, configuring, and maintaining marketing tech stack to support campaign execution, lead generation, customer engagement and accurate and consistent data flows between systems.
    • Overseeing data collection, segmentation, and analysis to deliver targeted and personalized marketing campaigns while collaborating with Biz Ops to manage the health of our database and our lead management process.
    • Developing and executing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email marketing, webinars, social media, search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising to build out lead generation, nurturing, and conversion processes.
    • Using relevant analytics tools, identify key trends to provide actionable insights to improve marketing effectiveness and ROI.
    • Establishing robust reporting mechanisms to measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement across MQLs, SQLs, pipeline, content, channels, and campaigns.
    • Meeting with the Sales team to onboard and offer training / communicate marketing technology standards. 
    • Staying updated with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and industry best practices, and propose innovative ideas to enhance campaign performance.

You will bring:

    • Master's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
    • 6-10 years of relevant experience. 
    • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on lead generation, conversion optimization, and campaign management.
    • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing strategies, tools, and platforms, including Salesforce, Zoom Webinar, ZoomInfo, Google Ads, Google GA4, Linkedin, HubSpot, Warmly, LeanData and ABM platforms.
    • Proficiency in with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
    • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
    • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop innovative digital marketing strategies.
    • Experience with SEO and SEM strategies.
    • Full professional fluency in English.

Additional Skills (Preferred):

    • Certification in marketing automation platforms or CRM systems.
    • Knowledge of HTML and experience with email template creation.
    • Understanding of marketing attribution models.
    • Experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Yoast SEO, etc.
