POSITION SUMMARY

We are currently seeking an Undergraduate Marketing Summer Intern to perform various administrative tasks and support our department’s daily activities while learning about how our company approaches marketing initiatives.

RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Assist in the creative development of collateral and marketing materials, including advertising, renderings, e-blasts, invitations, elevator screens, tenant app communications, etc.  
    • Manage the organization of new and existing visual assets for marketing materials 
    • Assist in maintaining a presence across all ESRT’s and Empire State Building (ESB) digital channels 
    • Review website analytics and support ongoing website upgrades 
    • Research and contribute to digital content creation and mobile optimization efforts  
    • Report on ESRT’s digital engagement and sales trends at the Empire State Building’s Observatory 
    • Assist team with current marketing campaigns, upcoming broker events, and competitor research/auditing 
    • Analyze collected data and feedback in order to provide recommendations for marketing initiatives 
    • Assist in the implementation of consistent portfolio branding practices 
    • Support with partnership outreach initiatives
    • Assist in broker contact segmentation for mailings and e-blasts 
    • Manage general entry level archiving, reporting, and administrative support

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

    • A Junior enrolled in a four-year or five-year undergraduate program in the graduating class of 2026 is preferred.  

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

    • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
    • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times

$22.50 - $22.50 an hour
Salary is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, job location, size of property where applicable, and/or certifications. In addition to your base salary, ESRT provides discretionary annual bonuses.
