We are seeking an experienced strategic partner manager to rapidly develop revenue within a number of high potential existing partners, with a focus on penetration and expansion within their customer bases and penetration of new lines of business within our partners, increasing the strategic relevance of CyberSmart to those partners.
In this role, you will be responsible for the creation and implementation of a credible revenue execution plan for larger corporate partners with significant customer bases both in the UK and beyond. You will be experienced in managing and penetrating complex corporate organisations, adept at prioritising best-fit revenue opportunities, navigating and expanding relationships with new and more senior stakeholders in order to penetrate new parts of these organisations. You will have significant experience in joining the dots between our existing offerings and new revenue opportunities.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in partner account management, business development, or a related field, preferably in the technology or cybersecurity industry.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, proficient in contract negotiation, and adept at project management.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field. Additional certifications in sales, marketing, or IT security are a plus.
- Personal Attributes: Strategic thinker with a proactive approach, capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Must be detail-oriented and have a strong focus on achieving client satisfaction and driving sales growth.
Additional Requirements:
- Willingness to travel as required within the UK and potentially the EU
- Saas and cybersecurity experience are a plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Account Management: Develop new revenue from within a number of large corporate organisations. Each partner may engage with us today in different ways so the ability to rapidly understand both our and their business models is critical to align our solutions with their objectives rapidly.
- Cadence: Establish appropriate cadences with key stakeholders, increasingly bringing in executives to support the development and roll-out of win-win revenue plays. You will establish clear targets and KPIs in support of these objectives.
- Collaboration: You will be the sole owner of these accounts, leveraging support from across the organisation in the design, implementation and execution of repeatable new revenue streams
- Enablement & Activation: You will ensure the partners are fully equipped with enough detail to best represent us within their service offerings to their customers and that they regularly utilise our collaterals, marketing cadence and best practices to ensure continuity of revenue
- Market Growth: the partners today operate with us predominantly in the UK. All of these partners also operate in other geographies and you will be responsible for identifying and prioritising engagement aligned to the broader company's international strategy.
- Contract Negotiation and Execution: You will have experience negotiating and implementing new agreements, the ability to rapidly understand commercial models of CyberSmart and the end customer and effectively identify win-win agreements for both organisations, in line with the company growth and profitability objectives.
