To further this mission, we are seeking a passionate and strategic Partnerships & Community Growth Manager.

In this fully remote position, you will take the lead in cultivating partnerships and building a vibrant community around our brand. This role requires a proactive individual who possesses strong networking skills and an understanding of community building in a professional space. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our reach through strategic partnerships and enhancing our community engagement strategies to attract and retain both contractors and clients.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and engage potential partners to create mutually beneficial relationships that drive growth
  • Develop and execute community engagement strategies that build a thriving network of contractors and clients
  • Organize and facilitate events, webinars, and workshops that enhance community involvement and showcase our contractors' skills
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to produce content that resonates with our target audience and highlights partnership successes
  • Monitor industry trends to identify new partnership and community growth opportunities
  • Analyze community engagement metrics and feedback to continuously improve strategies
  • Serve as a primary contact for partners, ensuring they have the resources and support they need
  • Implement initiatives that foster a sense of belonging and loyalty within the community
  • Advocate for the needs and interests of both partners and community members within the company
  • Regularly report on partnership developments and community growth metrics to leadership.
  • Design, launch, and optimize an affiliate marketing strategy to attract and retain high-quality partners.
  • Identify, engage, and cultivate partnerships with complementary businesses, influencers, and organizations to drive lead generation and brand growth.
  • Secure sponsorships and collaborations that align with our brand, enhancing visibility and credibility.
  • Maintain strong relationships with partners, ensuring ongoing engagement, performance tracking, and optimization of partnerships.
  • Analyze affiliate and partnership performance using key metrics, reporting on ROI, conversion rates, and growth impact.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor strategies to identify new partnership opportunities.
  • Structure and negotiate partnership agreements that create win-win scenarios for both parties. Utilising creative strategies.
  • Proven experience in partnership development, community management, or similar roles
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders
  • Demonstrated experience in community engagement and event organizing
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively to identify growth opportunities
  • Experience with digital marketing and social media strategies
  • Strong analytical skills and experience monitoring community metrics
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and community management tools
  • Proficiency in project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Passion for the freelance/contractor ecosystem and understanding of the challenges faced by both contractors and clients
  • Experience working in a remote environment is advantageous
  • An entrepreneurial mindset and a willingness to take initiative.
  • A deep understanding or experience in the Fractional Support Industry, Freelance Agency industry would be desirable, but not necessarily a pre-requisite.
  • Fully remote work
  • Base Salary Β£35k - Β£40k
  • OTE Β£70K - Based on Sales generated from Partnerships/ Sponsorships established.
  • Work from anywhere in the UK.
