We are looking for a UK based, Performance Marketing Manager to join our decorated media team at our headquarters are in Shoreditch, East London (where all the cool kids work).
You will be responsible for the campaign research, media planning and buying and the day-to-day running of sizeable multi-channel paid campaigns, across several markets. You’ll need to be someone who brings significant experience to the table and has the technical prowess to execute end-to-end but also be someone who is hungry to learn and improve.

Your Responsibilities:

• Create substantial campaign strategies driven by data-backed research
• Plan, execute manage and optimise paid search and paid social campaigns
• Research, plan, prototype and implement new innovative ways to optimise campaigns and reach audiences
• Research brief and manage the production of new ad creative
• Track, analyse and report on campaign performance
• Manage budgets of £100k+ in monthly media spends
• Manage campaigns in multiple markets and languages
• Drive continued innovation and best practice implementation
• Help direct and manage the development of optimised campaign landing pages.
• Seek to continually improve campaign performance through iterative testing (A/B and Multivariate)
