The Role
Reporting into the Manager, Customer Supply Chain – North America, we are looking for an enthusiastic individual with experience ideally as a supply chain analyst or planner, from a fast-moving consumer goods business, and who is eager to move into a dynamic environment.
Role Accountabilities
We expect the right candidate to be able to take on the responsibilities of this role, while continually looking for ways to implement change and improve processes. You will be constantly challenging the norms and looking for opportunities to drive the department forward, so having natural drive is essential. Essential job functions include but are not limited to the following
- Sales order processing for our internal and external customers.
- Monitoring the status of sales orders with our 3PL partners to manage priorities and facilitate on time delivery.
- Management of daily communication flows with internal and external partners whether by email, phone, or EDI.
- Tracking and reporting on orders vs. allocations for new products and also items under supply constraint.
- Returns process management, including monitoring the 3PL sorting process, creating RA's and recording systematically.
- Tracking, investigating, and reporting on outbound delivery discrepancies and B2B invoice queries.
- Backorder management.
- On shelf availability reporting for own channel.
- Communicate in a pro-active, informative, and collaborative manner to manage expectations in the event of new stores, new products, marketing activity, operational delays & out of stocks.
- Understand & identify operational weaknesses and highlight/implement solutions to improve customer service and delivery efficiencies.
- Have a strong awareness of short term commercial and marketing activities which could have impacts on the effectiveness of the operations and pro-actively manage these business requirements with the support of key stakeholders.

- 2+ years of relevant professional experience.
- Experience monitoring sales orders
- Strong communication skills with internal and external partners
- Proven experience analyzing and tracking supply chain constraints
- Understanding of short-term commercial and marketing activity impacts
- Highly proficient in Excel
Base Salary Range $70,000-75,000**
