One of our companies is currently looking for a Polish Speaking Marketing Manager (Gambling & Web3) in the United Kingdom, Poland, or Malta.
This exciting role is designed for a highly motivated and creative individual who thrives in dynamic and fast-paced environments. As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving marketing initiatives in Central Europe, particularly within the gambling and Web3 sectors. Your key tasks will include developing and executing outreach strategies, managing media partnerships, and creating compelling content for social media channels like YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and Discord. You’ll also be working closely with influencers to enhance brand presence and monitor the success of marketing campaigns through data-driven insights. This role offers the chance to make a significant impact within a growing industry.
Accountabilities:
- Oversee and manage outreach efforts for marketing activities, focusing on Central European languages.
- Cultivate and maintain media partnerships, including outreach, negotiations, and content creation for various media outlets.
- Lead the design and execution of content strategies, including written and video media across multiple platforms.
- Collaborate with influencers and social media platforms to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Analyze marketing performance to optimize ROI and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of trends and customer needs, feeding this information into marketing strategies.
- Proven experience in marketing strategy development, especially within the Web3 or Gambling industry.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and channels.
- Excellent analytical skills with a focus on data interpretation and decision-making.
- Native or fluent proficiency in Polish, with exceptional writing and editing abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
