The working student, EMEA Product Marketing and Community, will support our Head of EMEA Community & DevRel Marketing on efforts to build, cultivate, and engage our Community of builders in EMEA. This role provides hands-on experience in community management, event planning, and developer relations, with the potential for a promotional path into a Community Manager role upon successful completion of the internship. Applicants must be in the last year of university.

Must be actively enrolled in an accredited college/university program during the time of the internship
Desired Class Level: bachelors, masters, PhD student
Desired majors: Marketing or similar
Required coursework: project management, communication, Fluency in Google suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms)
Recommended coursework: Experience with Wrike or other project management / collaboration tool is a strong advantage, Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus
Bonus Experience: Outstanding organizational skills and sharp eye for detail, Excellent problem-solving ability
Support and learn planning and designing programmes around partner inclusion in key EMEA Marketing activities
Be part of formulating and coordinating activities across different stages of the projects (planning, building, delivery and execution) and proactively monitoring their progress
Help create and implement the environment and tools necessary to successful delivery of the programmes elements, incl. trackers, forms, surveys, templates
Keep all programmes’ related documentation, trackers and workflows accurate and up to date
Join the effort around identifying risks and initiate appropriate corrective action for potential or existing issues
Help collecting and providing necessary details for securing programmes funds
Champion programmes implementation and success across EMEA
Community Engagement & Chapter Management: Assist in managing community chapters, supporting the planning for badges, mentorship programmes, and job board listings
Event Planning & Execution: Support in organising and preparing for community and builder events, including handling logistical arrangements, assisting with check-in, and post-event follow-up
Builder Outreach & Administration: Help organise builder-oriented content assets, segment the builder database, and assist with direct outreach
Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyse the builder-focused event landscape in EMEA and monitor key engagement metrics
Strategic Growth Initiatives: Support launching promotional programmes and contribute to expanding the Snowflake Data Superheroes community
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams, including Product, Brand, Partner, and Social teams, to enhance community experiences and engagement
Passion for community building, developer engagement, and strategic marketing
Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with a technical audience
Experience or interest in event planning, marketing, or developer relations
Analytical mindset with the ability to track and assess engagement metrics
Self-starter with a proactive and collaborative approach
Must have: Demonstrable experience in at least three of the ideal candidate attributes listed above
