We're looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our team in London as part of our Marketing function.

Your Role: You will be reporting to the Product & Propositions Marketing Director, you'll blend product and customer marketing strategies to drive awareness, usage and adoption for our expanding product suite by deeply understanding our Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs). You will play a crucial role in unifying our brands and their products and shaping the 2025 go-to-market (GTM) strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop GTM strategies for new product launches and feature updates in collaboration with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales.
  • Develop differentiated positioning, segment-led value propositions and messaging for new products and features.
  • Create comprehensive launch plans with clear objectives, KPIs, deliverables, and timelines, and facilitate their execution cross-functionally.
  • Gather, analyse, and distil customer data to inform and optimise strategies and share findings with cross-functional teams to support the development of customer-centric product, positioning, and marketing strategies.
  • Build and refine ICPs, buyer personas, and key segments to ensure a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences.
  • Conduct 1:1 interviews, surveys, and other research to learn more about our target audiences.
  • Design and optimise onboarding and feature adoption tools and journeys for our digital intelligence products to guide users and help them realise the value of their access.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing customer base and create targeted campaigns to drive expansion.
  • You are an advocate and ally for diversity, equity and inclusion
  • You are a connector, working hard to ensure people and projects are not inadvertently siloed or silenced

Your Experience

  • You have experience in B2B SaaS Product Marketing, ideally working with multiple product
  • You have developed, executed, and optimised successful, integrated GTM campaigns that drove product adoption and retention.
  • You make decisions based on data and research rather than relying solely on opinions.
  • You're focused on results, not just ideas, and you thrive on getting things done.
  • You are an excellent communicator with high emotional intelligence and a knack for creating compelling messaging, product narratives, and presentations.
  • You have a knack for connecting the pain points of our customers and prospects to the solutions LIONS offers, drawing them in with a clear, compelling narrative.
  • You are a strong cross-functional collaborator with the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • You have a bias for action and are a resourceful, efficient, and creative problem solver.
  • You are comfortable being in front of the camera for webinars and customer engagements.
  • You have the ability to juggle multiple projects, stakeholders, and competing priorities.
