As a Project Manager focusing on Swap Dealer Regulation, you will lead critical projects aimed at ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements related to swap dealer operations. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing project deliverables, and ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets while navigating the complexities of the regulatory landscape.

Responsibilities include:

  • Defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders to ensure compliance with swap dealer regulations.
  • Developing detailed project plans and schedules, coordinating with relevant departments to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Tracking project progress, identifying risks, and implementing mitigation strategies to address project challenges.
  • Facilitating meetings and communications among stakeholders, including senior management, to keep them informed on project status and changes.
  • Ensuring proper documentation and reporting on compliance requirements, project advancements, and related issues.
  • Coordinating with legal, compliance, and operational teams to ensure all regulatory requirements are fully understood and integrated into project execution.
  • Leading post-implementation reviews to assess project outcomes and gather lessons learned for future initiatives.
  • 5-8 years of project management experience, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of swap dealer regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Strong understanding of derivatives, trading operations, and market practices.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and leadership.
  • Strong analytical skills with a detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.
  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP) are a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
