The Recruiter will play a vital role in attracting top talent, positioning R2Net as an employer of choice, and implementing innovative strategies to source competitive and unique candidates who set our company apart.. This role will focus on attracting and hiring top talent for our retail, customer care and supply chain teams. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with a passion for connecting with people and delivering an exceptional candidate experience. The Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruitment, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience while also supporting key onboarding processes.

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for hourly and salaried roles within retail and supply chain teams, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team needs, while taking feedback to reflect the missing skills in the department.
  • Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of top talent using job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
  • Manage the offer process and review with managers while acting as the liaison between candidate and hiring team for all negotiations.
  • Support new hire onboarding, including I-9 completion, background checks, and other compliance requirements.
  • Conduct new hire orientation to ensure smooth integration into the company.
  • Drive initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice on various recruitment platforms with the support of the Recruiter and HRBP Manager.
  • Create compelling job postings and recruitment marketing materials.
  • Ensure an exceptional experience for all candidates through timely communication and feedback.
  • Maintain professionalism and consistency throughout the recruitment process, with superb written and verbal communication.
  • Track and report recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness. Support in any audits with easily accessible data per the Director’s need.
  • Ensure adherence to all federal, state, and company regulations, including EEOC and I-9 compliance.
  • Bachelor’s degree Business Administration, Marketing or a related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with a focus on diverse roles and leading searches.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g. Workday, Workable) and recruitment platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong customer service orientation, with the ability to deliver a positive experience for candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
  • Retail experience preferred for client group.

Annual base pay range: $65,000 - $80,000 per hour. Final pay rate shall be determined and is based on experience and qualifications.
