We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail Marketing Manager for a technology-driven automotive brand.
In this role, you will develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to drive leads, increase sales, and improve brand awareness for our client's retail operations. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of marketing and the ability to create and implement plans that engage customers and drive sales.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage marketing plans and campaigns for retail operations.
- Collaborate with agencies and suppliers to execute advertising plans on time and within budget.
- Conduct market research to identify consumer trends and insights, developing effective marketing strategies that align with business objectives.
- Ensure consistency in messaging and brand identity by collaborating with internal stakeholders.
- Develop and refine customer communications, analyzing sales and customer data to determine the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and providing actionable insights to drive results.
- Manage and oversee the development and execution of product launches, drive events, and exclusive experiences.
- Handle other ad-hoc projects assigned by the Business Lead.
Requirements
Bachelorβs degree in Marketing or a related field.
5+ years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in the retail or automotive industry.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze and interpret data to make informed decisions.
Strong attention to detail, with a creative and innovative mindset.
