MoMA Design Store (MoMA Retail) is currently accepting applications for a Retention Marketing Manager. Reporting to the Director of Retail Marketing, the Retention Marketing Manager will be responsible for optimizing the customer journey from initial conversion to retention and loyalty. We are looking for a highly analytical person with a proven track record of driving and accelerating revenue growth by increasing retention within customer segments. Someone who is excited to roll up their sleeves to execute effectively, and iterate with testing and adapting strategy to meet key KPIs.
The ideal candidate has a strong track record of increasing customer LTV and delivering high ROI results and is comfortable surfacing insights and taking action to drive down CAC, increase LTV, analyze cohorts and dive deep into data to make impactful decisions. The role will require creativity, a keen affinity for brand, strong attention to detail, and a highly data-driven mindset.

Salary: The salary range for this position is a minimum of $92,500 to maximum of $110,000 per annum.
