What we are looking for
We’re pretty good at sales activation. We get brilliant results and win awards for TMP. That’s why as a department, we’re growing. With growth comes opportunity, and this role will take a central part in delivering the success our clients are looking for when they work with The Marketing Practice. You will be experienced in outbound Sales Activation programmes, with a keen understanding of what it takes to be successful. You will also understand inbound Sales Activation and ways to optimise performance and make the most of your time to get the best possible outcomes. This role is focused on prospecting activity, balancing phone activity with 1:1 emails and the use of LinkedIn Sales Navigator for outreach.
What you will do
As a Sales Activation Specialist at TMP, you will be at the forefront of our Sales Activation efforts. You will report to a Delivery Manager or a Sales Activation Team Lead and play a critical role in reaching out on behalf of clients, their partners and, at times, existing customers of TMP's clients via phone, email and LinkedIn to promote their offerings, qualify inbound responses, generate event attendees or gather key intelligence. Due to the nature of our services, it is likely that you may work for multiple clients during your tenure with the company and will be expected to be able to engage with them meaningfully when required. Outreach: Conduct outbound calls, send 1:1 emails and utilise LinkedIn to engage with selected prospects, enriching your data by gathering referrals and researching additional contacts, and following provided guides and best practices, to promote our clients’ services.
