Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks such as verbal and written communication, documenting and reporting, and managing sales records
- Customer Interaction: Engage with customers through various channels and promote products. Provide information, answer queries, and support sales efforts.
- Inventory: Check the inventory quantity and prices daily, and coordinate with the purchasing department.
- Content Creation: Take Photos. Assist in the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and web posts. Ensure content is aligned with brand guidelines.
- Sales Research: Formulate the product market prices and phased marketing strategies with manager
- Team Collaboration: Creating PPTs containing product images and detailed introductions to help new employees and colleagues working remotely understand the products.
Qualifications:
- Education: High School
- Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of photography and uploading photos to the website
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Bilingual in Mandarin
Salary Range: $38,000 - $50,000
