About the Role:

Join a dynamic, family-run business in Bridgwater as a Sales and Marketing Manager and drive their growth through effective lead generation and marketing strategies. We’re seeking a strategic and results-oriented professional who is passionate about delivering a steady flow of qualified leads to the sales team and expanding the brand’s reach. In this role, you will work closely with Sales to fuel their pipeline with high-quality leads, manage all marketing efforts, and oversee brand development. Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Pipeline Management: Develop and execute strategies that generate high-quality, market-qualified leads (MQLs) and support the sales team with a consistent pipeline to meet sales targets.

Marketing Oversight: Lead all marketing activities, including SEO, LinkedIn, email marketing, and blog content, with a focus on driving leads and optimising engagement.

Sales Alignment & Collaboration: Partner closely with the sales team to create relevant content and targeted campaigns that support effective sales outreach and customer acquisition.

Performance Tracking & Optimisation: Monitor and analyse campaign results to ensure MQL targets are met; continuously adapt strategies to improve lead quality and volume.

Brand Management: Ensure cohesive branding across all channels and design hard-copy marketing materials to enhance brand visibility and appeal.

Agency & Partner Coordination: Manage relationships with agencies, designers, and content creators to deliver high-quality marketing assets that align with lead generation goals.

  • Proven experience in sales and marketing, ideally within an SME environment, with a track record of generating qualified leads.
  • Expertise in digital marketing, including SEO, social media, and analytics.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills, capable of handling multiple campaigns.
  • An innovative and customer-focused approach with a commitment to providing sales with high-quality leads.
  • Experience managing external agencies and working collaboratively with creatives.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and proactive problem-solving abilities.

- Work hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

  • Competitive salary of £40,000–£45,000 (DOE) with an uncapped bonus scheme.
