We need a Partnerships Manager who’s ready to hustle, manage the full sales cycle, support marketing initiatives, and help us drive growth in SME/mid-market and healthcare sectors. If you’re ready to roll up your sleeves, this is the role for you.

What You’ll Do 🕵️♂️ Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify and present new market opportunities conducting industry segmentation research
- Focusing on Mid-Market, generate leads and grow the sales pipeline
- Use multiple channels (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, networking etc) to generate your own lead
- Research customer pain points and uncover buying motivations
- Qualify prospects and prioritise those with high potential for conversion
- Create partnerships(multiplier effect) with HR platforms, healthcare providers, benefit providers and alike.
Relationship Building & Nurturing
- Build strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their unique challenges
- Act as a trusted advisor, offering tailored solutions to meet prospective customer needs
- Stay engaged with prospects through follow-ups, added-value activities, regular check-ins, and value-driven communication to ensure InsideOut remains top of their mind.
Sales Pitches & Demonstrations
- Deliver compelling presentations and product demos that highlight our platform's unique value
- Tailor pitches to address client-specific pain points and goals
- Use storytelling to connect clients emotionally to our mission and product.
- Close deals via direct to business sales and through industry partnerships
Negotiation & Closing Deals
- Present pricing structures and proposals that align with client needs and budgets
- Handle objections with confidence, demonstrating how our solution solves their problems.
- Close deals efficiently while ensuring a positive client experience throughout.
Marketing Collaboration & Execution
- Design and execute innovative marketing campaigns that generate leads and engage prospects
- Write persuasive marketing copy for emails, blogs, and promotional materials.
- Organise and support marketing events, webinars, and campaigns to boost brand visibility and create new sales leads/opportunities.
- Leverage marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp) to track campaign success and refine strategies
- Identify and execute co-branded opportunities with partners and clients to amplify our message
Post-Sale Handoff & Upselling
- Collaborate with the Customer Success team to ensure smooth client activation
- Maintain relationships with clients to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Collect feedback to improve offerings and foster long-term partnerships.
Required Skills & Experience 🏆
- Experience:
- 5+ years in sales, ideally in B2B SaaS, or health tech
- Proven ability to close deals with SME/mid-market clients and secure healthcare partnerships.
- Experience working in a small team/start-up
- Sales Skills:
- Skilled in every stage of the sales cycle: lead generation, nurturing, pitching, and closing
- Excellent negotiation and consultative selling abilities
- Proven experience in presenting to C-Suite and key decision makers
- Proven experience in successful objections handling
- Demonstrable experience of closing £500k ARR
- Marketing & Campaign Expertise:
- Experience crafting persuasive marketing emails and supporting campaign creation with limited budget
- Driven growth and impact with creative campaigns, demonstrating high ROI
- Comfortable organising events, webinars, and promotional activities.
- Business Skills:
- Familiarity with a CRM e.g.HubSpot
- Competence using AI-tools e.g. ChatGPT, Midjourney etc
- Highly competence with Google Workspace, MailChimp, Apollo or SalesLoft
- Personal Qualities:
- High-energy self-starter with the hustle to thrive in a startup environment
- Relentless and target driven making sure no stone is left unturned
- Strong presentation, communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build trust quickly.
- Organised and data-driven, using insights to refine your approach.
- Team management experience is desired.
