Overview: As a Sales Manager at OutThere RPO, you will lead and drive the sales strategy for our organisation, fostering a high-performance sales culture.

You will lead a small team of people and be responsible for workforce planning, creating a sales strategy, setting KPIs and objectives and managing the team to achieve those targets. You will develop client relationships, and expand our market presence.

You will lead by example and for the right candidate, the opportunity to fast track in a Head of Sales role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
  • Manage, mentor, and motivate the sales team to improve performance and drive results.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining relationships with existing clients.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies and identify growth opportunities.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to track performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional campaigns and generate leads.
  • Provide ongoing training and support to the sales team, enhancing their skills and product knowledge.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings to review performance and set goals.
  • Communicate effectively with other teams to ensure alignment on sales strategies and client needs.
  • Manage key accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and the ability to lead a sales team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans that align with company goals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Degree in business, marketing, or equivalent qualification/experience.
  • Track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Industry knowledge relevant to our services is a plus.
