Devsinc is looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to join its sales team.

The role requires a self-driven, customer-focused individual with a track record of exceeding sales targets in the IT and software engineering sectors.

Responsibilities
  • Sales Strategy & Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the UK and European markets.
  • Client Acquisition: Identify and engage potential clients through networking, lead generation, and referrals, focusing on industries requiring IT and bespoke engineering solutions.
  • Market Expansion: Expand the company’s presence in the target regions by identifying emerging market trends and adapting sales strategies accordingly.
  • Proposal Development: Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales pitches that effectively communicate the value of our services.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (delivery, engineering, marketing) to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Performance Metrics: Monitor and report on key performance indicators, including lead volume,  pipeline generation, closed won revenue, sales cycle progress, and client retention rates.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Lead negotiations with prospective clients, securing deals that align with company goals and client expectations.
  • Travel: Travel within the UK and Europe for client meetings and industry events as required.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s/master’s degree in business, Marketing, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales/business development, preferably within IT or bespoke engineering services.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the MENA region.
  • Strong knowledge of the UK and European markets, including key industry players and trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently while being an integral part of a cross-functional team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales automation tools.
  • Willingness to travel across the assigned regions.
