Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Representative to drive sales growth, build strong client relationships, and lead sales strategies in the quartz industry. The ideal candidate will be results-driven, self-motivated, and excel at managing sales cycles and client engagements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain client relationships while identifying new opportunities.
- Engage with prospects, create proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales.
- Oversee product displays, samples, and tools to support sales efforts.
- Train client store staff on products to enhance customer negotiations.
- Conduct market research and analyze sales reports to identify growth opportunities.
- Resolve client issues related to deliveries, returns, and credits.
- Travel locally (up to 50%) with occasional national/international travel.
- Attend trade shows and prepare monthly sales reports.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years of sales experience in the quartz industry with proven success.
- Strong sales cycle management (planning to closing).
- Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 50%, including occasional national/international trips.
