Job Title: Sales Representative – Quartz Industry
Location: Fairfield,NJ

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Representative to drive sales growth, build strong client relationships, and lead sales strategies in the quartz industry. The ideal candidate will be results-driven, self-motivated, and excel at managing sales cycles and client engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain client relationships while identifying new opportunities.
  • Engage with prospects, create proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales.
  • Oversee product displays, samples, and tools to support sales efforts.
  • Train client store staff on products to enhance customer negotiations.
  • Conduct market research and analyze sales reports to identify growth opportunities.
  • Resolve client issues related to deliveries, returns, and credits.
  • Travel locally (up to 50%) with occasional national/international travel.
  • Attend trade shows and prepare monthly sales reports.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3+ years of sales experience in the quartz industry with proven success.
  • Strong sales cycle management (planning to closing).
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%, including occasional national/international trips.
