  • Data Management: Collect, clean, and organize data from various sources to ensure accuracy and readiness for analysis.
  • Data Extensions: Prepare and manage data extensions to structure and store data effectively within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Automation: Implement automation workflows for lead and customer engagement
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Certification in Salesforce Marketing Cloud required
  • 5 years’ experience in marketing technology, of which
  • 1-2 years’ experience need to be in data manipulation, interpretation, report writing, or data insight summarization
  • Proven experience managing data and campaigns using Marketing Cloud
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive decision-making and campaign optimization

Professional Competencies

  • Data Architecture: Experience in designing and managing data structures
  • Data Modeling: Proficiency in creating data models to represent complex data relationships
  • SQL: Strong skills in SQL for querying and managing databases
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Tools: Knowledge of AMPScript, SSJS (Server-Side JavaScript), and Guide Template Language
