Position Description
iPullRank seeks a Senior Account Manager who fosters long-lasting client relationships to join our team. Your success will be measured by your ability to retain clients, grow established accounts, and manage your clients' projects.
As a Senior Account Manager at iPullRank, you will be our company's face and responsible for ensuring client success and project delivery. If you are a self-motivated, detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills, this role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact. This role may be hybrid or remote. The base salary range for this role is $75,000-85,000 plus performance-based bonuses.
What You’ll Do
- Build relationships and meaningful engagements with clients based on creative problem-solving and exceptional service.
- Determine and pursue opportunities for account growth
- Manage client communications, conflict resolution, and compliance with client deliverables
- Lead internal team to successfully execute all client deliverables
- Review all client deliverables to ensure quality standards and client expectations are met
- Ensure client retention
- Work closely with the project team to maintain a continuous knowledge of project status and to proactively identify potential issues and opportunities within or related to the project.
- Adhere to established processes and workflows related to onboarding, project planning, contract execution, and offboarding while providing input on improvements as needed
- Lead client onboarding and work with the team to develop project plans
- Develop innovative solutions to help clients drive results and exceed campaign goals
- Develop proposals for clients by securing internal business approvals, products, and research to support a wide range of client solutions
- Contribute to new business through inbound marketing efforts
- Represent the company at industry conferences and networking events to build relationships, expand professional networks, and identify potential business opportunities.
- Provide support to the sales team as needed
Requirements - Proven experience in Account Management and/or Sales, with a track record of creating, maintaining, and enhancing client relationships
- Must have a minimum of 5+ years of experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously with success
- Dynamic personality able to effectively engage and influence a variety of audiences at all levels of a business
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with solid presentation abilities
- Active listening skills to uncover, clarify, and effectively respond to client issues, concerns, or questions
- Demonstrated capability in account planning, project planning, and budgeting tasks across multiple accounts.
- Strong organizational and project management capability using standard tools like ClickUp, Teamwork
- Proficient Excel/Sheets skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc)
- Proficiency with CRMs like Hubspot or Salesforce
- Experience with and understanding of digital marketing channels: SEO, content marketing, Paid, CRO, Social
- Flexibility to travel to clients on-site as needed
- Ability to work well alone and within a team environment
